First of all, everything you read here is trademarked. All drink names and Blasts are the property of Planet Smoothie, LLC and may not be used without written permission. Ditto for the Cup Man. He’s cool, but you can’t use him without our permission.

Second, we make every attempt to keep the site updated, but we hereby declare that you are not allowed to sue us if we forget to add a location. Sorry folks, we’re making the rules here.

Third, before taking any new vitamins or supplements, you should consult your doctor. It’s just plain common sense. Everything we sell is of the highest quality and we want you to make informed decisions, but if your doctor says ‘no’, he or she means ‘no’.
